Frustrating
Absolutely frustrating user experience. The photos are already protected with watermarks, but now you have added blinking lines moving across them as well. How on earth someone is supposed to pick their pictures when you can barely see anything at all.
It feels disrespectful to your customers. I don’t try to steal your pictures and I don’t need to be treated as a criminal with multiple levels of protection. I simply want decent experience choosing from hundreds of shots that I already paid for.

Terrible app, our photographer has lost a client
Did anyone even think of user experience with this app? Limited time to view, code could only be extended 24hrs. When you select and add your basket, if you want to check again you can’t view in basket. And don’t close the app, all your progress is lost! If a photographer says they use this in the future we won’t use them.

Not user friendly for clients
Not user friendly whatsoever - can’t click from basket to see the photos you’ve chosen, have to go back into gallery. Not available on anything bigger than an iPhone so hard to choose pictures together, buttons move around depending on orientation of photo so hard to navigate, can’t change orientation to see landscape photos on larger screen, lost selections when we were inactive for an hour so had to choose again. Can see the attraction for photographers but as a client it’s been frustrating

Users don’t want to be restricted to a mobile screen
As a photographer would you be happy selecting which shots you progress with solely from a phone screen?
As a paying client of a photo studio this feels too locked down - my wife just wanted to actually ‘see’ the final shots we were choosing from to be retouched/printed, not squint at a mobile screen.
Frustratingly despite seeming to install here, galleries won’t then load on my iPad as it’s “detected it is not an iPhone” (and being able to cast to a TV from my wife’s android phone is also disabled - despite, as I understand, images having quite strong watermarks anyway.)
I can see why photographers wanting to protect their work may like some of these features but if it makes (paying customer) user experience poor, it’s not something I can would recommend.

Game changer
Safe Frame Pro has completely changed the way I work. As a photographer, protecting my images while still giving clients a seamless, beautiful viewing experience has always been tricky, but this platform just gets it right.
I love how easy it is for clients to use, how secure it feels, and how professional it makes my brand look. No screenshots, no screen recording, no awkward workarounds… just a clean, safe, gorgeous gallery that keeps my work protected and my clients happy. It’s quick to send a gallery, no input of data needed.
What I also love is that this is a product that’s only going to get better with time. You can already see how quickly they adapt, improve, and listen to photographers, so I know that as the platform grows, the features and user experience will just keep levelling up.
Honestly game changer for my workflow. Wouldn’t be without it now. 💛
