Poor wifi when you set it up or reset. It doesn’t connect!!!!! even wired takes too long!

It used to work
I bought a Saance security camera a year ago. It used to work great! Then my internet provider changed our router to provide an optional 5g band. When I tried to sync the camera with the new WiFi settings, it wouldn’t sync. Not to the 5g and not to the lesser. The camera is useless now.
