it crashes immediately after touching the icon
i literally can’t access the app at all. it is broken on my phone but the people i’ve seen use it, it works fine on theirs. i really need to use the app! please help or fix it :(

The app consistently shuts down when accessing the scc home page to log in. Only accessible on a web browser page. The app is slow to retrieve data and information
