The official app of Sugarcane Growers Fund Sugarcane Growers Fund’s –MySCGF app-offers customers of the Fund to access their loan account details from the comfort of their homes. The App is part of the Fund’s digital platform. Features of the App include: o Account Summary. o View Account Balance. o View Transactions. o Download Statement. o Existing Customers - Apply Loan and the track status. o New Customers - Submit Loan enquiry. o Receive News from SCGF. o Option to Lodge Complain/ Enquiry with SCGF and track the status. Installation Process of MySCGF app: 1. Visit SCGF district office for Registration 2. Download mySCGF app for your iOS device from App Store. Open App and Click on Preferred Language 3. Select Existing Customer 4. On Login Screen tab “Retrieve Account ” 5. Fill Necessary details and then submit 6. A SMS will be sent to your mobile number 7. Use the details from SMS to login 8. After login, another SMS will be sent than contains a PIN (Personal Identification Number). 9. Login with PIN 10. You will be prompted to change the PIN 11. Login Again with New Pin
