A good bus tracking app but needs improvement
The notification sound is not working though all settings in app and phone is turned on. - This is very important to be fixed as it will help parents to know the trip start time.
Announcements keep showing up as banner though they are not recent

List of upgrades that can help app function better.
1- whenever app trigger proximity alert. App must send some sound to bring it to our attention.
2- zoom option should be improved to pin point the exact location.
3- Whenever there is any bus breakdown. App must send alert message “New Bus number “ “ is assigned for your bus, due to technical difficulties.
4- Again sound alert must come whenever school is changing the bus schedule.
5- Also to bring web version of the app.
I had no other way to reach to developers to share these. Adding these features with improve it.

excellent Support and useful app
this app is quite useful as it provides timely notifications when this is about to reach the stop both way and Also provides updates when it starts from school and also when reaches the school. Also if any issue with the app , the support team is quick to respond and resolves the issue accordingly.
Satisfactory performance
We have been using this app for quite a while now, tracking school bus is easy. Timely alert of change in school bus. Customer support is also good.
Prompt issue resolution

Instant resolution

Very Nice App interface and tracking solution
