If I could give 0 stars, I would

The app is trash, don’t even bother downloading it. Just log on via computer or mobile browser if you absolutely have to. It constantly glitches, and doesn’t play well with the MSW system. Any messages you send via the app become a formatting nightmare— every message compresses
Into one long paragraph even if you space it out. It’s a mess! Don’t do it!

Not opening attachments

I’m not able to open attachments when I updated the app. This includes images and pdf files.

The app literally does not work. Just a black screen. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
