Wish they give options to use Apple Map for directions instead of just Waze and Google (privacy and security issues)
Better if the location search result for appointments stays on the previous page, when tapping backwards so don’t have to type again for locations (for larger map search area e.g. states, districts outside your current location).
Help desk is helpful but cannot really do what you asked them to do straightforward.

Awful
Since I updated the App will only open Home Page and doesn’t progress any further. Totally useless, I’m running iOS 15:8.

Fresh new design. I have some suggestions here:
1. Add swipe from the side to go back.
2. Integrate app with hospital queue system and add scan QR (get queue number directly)/show QR (get QR after nurse verification) button for getting queue number for visits and medication

Tidak Berfungsi
Tidak ada perbedaan membuat temujanji (appointment) dan walk in. Semuanya dibarisan yang sama menerima Nombor giliran dan menunggu. Appointment hari Ahad dibuka walaupun tutup facility.
Unintuitive and very inefficient
Difficult to register if you haven’t a Malaysian contact, wrong details automatically entered and it took 2 days for to change it. Do some research and develop a better app that works for foreigners. English text guide needs drastic improvement.

Protection of other people‘s health is always a good purpose. But why would I agree to share access to my camera, location, phone Bluetooth AND ALL my files? Bluetooth is fine for proximity notifications but why the hell would I share my location and all my files or the phone? And that from the beginning? I could always activate if need be within the app. Thank you for nothing, I‘ll reconsider the trip to your country…

Unable to register
Whenever I try to register I get “504 Timeout”
State = Only Provinces of Malaysia
Please help, fill state for where I am going ? Not my own country state ? There is no other choice, is it an error of the app ? I worry if i do incorrect. Thanks.

I had to complete 5 captchas just during registration. Now that covid restrictions are gone, the requirement for tourists to have to download and register in this buggy app needs to go away. Waste of time.

After failed to register many times due to an unknown reason, I recommend you to use VPN for successful registration and login process especially if you’re Indonesian

Doesn’t allow me to update the Dos
I have completed all the mandatory information on the overseas vaccination doses but it doesn’t allow me to submit. Keep saying that the dos 2 need to be updated. Hate this when app not working. Please fix this.
