Legit nothing works on it, they say they provide 24 hour service but it a lie

App is closing every time I try to open.
Crashes
Crashes a couple seconds after opening. iPhone 10, been like this for months even after updates to app and iOS over that time.

Can’t log on
App is no good if you can’t get past the push notification screen. Can’t scroll down to make a choice. Using a iPhone 6SE. Need to be fixed.
Needs Update
I can't get passed the screen to enable notifications after logging in because the button is below the bottom of my screen on iPhone SE... Perhaps a smaller font or ability to scroll.
