Why doesn’t the app give me notifications. I have them turned on but i never get nothing from the app. I would love for it to give me a notification if it rises or drops

Crashes when tapping settings
I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro Max on iOS 16.3.1. Download and installation performs flawlessly. First time tapping on Settings button successfully opens the Settings configuration screen. Subsequent taps to open Settings completely crashes the app. Also, the widget does not display anything when added.
