This is a scam company. Very poor service and product quality. Please don’t buy from them. Very poor delivery experience. The product quality was not good, and I received the wrong/possibly exchanged product. Very disappointing service.

Worst experience
My delivery was supposed to arrive earlier but idk why it got delayed and they said due to customer refused to take order when i did not there was no phone call or message.
I went and downloaded this ap to track, in my orders section it shows that theres no order and theres no specific place for me to put my order ID and search. I have to separately select the brand i ordered and then i found. Theres lack of customer support. Worst experience

Regarding Notifications
Your app is very good but there is a small problem notifications never goes away when we have checked everything, please check and rectify it

Aap didn’t feature the basic customer support
Even if it show order out for delivery and you got no information regarding rider and it even delays 2-3 days after it shows out for delivery
Serious intrinsic inspection required regarding the rider held the package for days

My order didn't delivered
My order through Ghar soaps which is having tieup with shiprocket. In their website tracking showing order delivered. Now this shiprocket person took my order with itself or delivered else where i don't know. But I didn't get my prepare order till now . It's been since 5 months. After contacting also no response. Pathetic people.

Worst courier service in India
It is sheer waste of time to download this app It has no feature that is useful. They just wouldn’t deliver the package. The app has no option to raise a request . It doesnt have the helpline numbers or even an email id for harassed customers to get in touch.
If you send a mail enquiring about shipment they would reply your email is not regd hence we are unable to help. What kind of useless courier is this?

It’s a fake
I thought this was the fake aap because I’ll order 2 products and not even one delivered in my address and I’m all day available for take a parcel but they don’t deliver any product or any call or response for delivery

This app doesn’t have any customer support and they have shipped me damaged products. Because of Instagram promotion I have bought 2 products without knowing in 2 months both were worst quality and waste of money.

I order product from plix and they get package form them now since 7 days i dont get mu product and other products i order from plix from same days and delhivery got my package and they dilverd me in just 3-4 days so dont use shiprocket i am very disappointed and one more thing shiprocket is fraud because i order 4 product from mamaerth and shiprocket get my package and they only delivered my 3 product and they stole my one product

I ordered an item but unfortunately it is not in working condition. To make things worse, there is no option available in the app to return or replace it. Fraud scam be alert
On Saturday , a parcel was delivered to my residence via Shiprocket courier services. Neither I nor any of my family members had placed an order with the seller mentioned on the parcel label. However, in my absence, a family member assumed it was a genuine delivery and unknowingly paid the (COD) amount to the delivery executive.
I contacted shiprocket's customer service to report the fraud delivery 📦
But The response was so disappointed and unhelpful they said that they only help sellers and not buyers and refused to give any information or return the process.
Shiprocket leave's there customers with no support .

Biggest Fraud Application Ever,
I ordered an Extended Storage 1TB and kept it on COD as I was doubtful about the same, I received a few calls from the company sending it to me, they called up and said Sir we have sent you the parcel and we request you to please accept it, I mentioned that I am sceptical about this thing as past 2 orders turned out to be Fake, I want Open Box Delivery or I will not Pay, They said We will help you out if there’s anything you don’t feel good about but you pay and receive the product first, We request you to trust us, This happend 3-4 times over the call so today I finally accepted the parcel by paying cash ₹1450, and when I opened the parcel, What I received is Fake Non Working Apple Airpods, This application does the fraud every single time.
This is By far the most Fraudulent App I have ever came across, I request you guys not to trust this over anything.
I insist you to trust your gut feeling when It says this too will turn out to be a fraud.

Doesn’t work properly
Doesn’t show the complete information. Like outside it says 3 In Transit, when you tap, inside will show only 1. I had 2 items which needs to be delivered, it showed me only 1 inside and outside in the stats showed 3.
