I’ve been using this app since 2025 and I can say that I love it. It’s easy to find shifts, and the pay is great. I haven’t had any issues working through them thus far. It’s a great opportunity for anyone that’s looking to join an agency on an app.

Picking up shifts is easy just click the shifts you want and show up on time and do a good job and get paid the next day. Work what days you want and take off the days you want. Good company as long as you do your good and show up.

Easy to use
It is easy to pick up shifts when I want them. The support team is very responsive.
Flexibility
This app allows for flexibility in picking up open PRN shifts where I want, and has great support staff!

Sure there’s a list you apply request remains pending they don’t even respond the day of , website novice tons of shifts but no work protect your information. Do not download and do not apply to here. Nothing to gain here. Absolutely nothing.

App maybe great
CNA’s beware that the pay is horrible. For a agency they have the nerve to pay CNA’s as low as 12$ and hour. I make 26$ at my full time job. I just wanted a side job to have and this ain’t it. Ppl have to live inflation is crazy. And 12$ and hour a disrespectful joke.
APP Closes every time I try to login
I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and the app continues to crash. If I have to work this hard to use the app, I think I will pass! Waste of time. It use to work until they changed their name from Restup to this.

The platform has been improved dramatically since this user last used the platform. Our platform has since been totally revamped and works extremely well. We hope you give it a shot again.
The change
Not reliable on alerts for new shifts, to many declines for rates, facility does not update soon enough for covered shifts, facility declined after you’ve already canceled.

This app is absolutely terrible the notifications don’t work for iPhone 8 or newer
It’s super slow and it doesn’t display proper date and time… save yourself the headache also some buildings do not notify they have COVID so if you don’t ask you’ll get stuck with a shift.

Horrible
Doesn’t tell you your pay history just days you worked. It doesn’t tell you that you were canceled or anything doesn’t tell you you hours worked total. Since update nothing really available hard to get shift
LPN
The new app has had a lot of issues including the calendar not working, the app clocking you out while you’re working, not being able to see posted shifts, lagging, etc
Work in progress
Payment history has been showing up as the facility payout instead of my rate, my hours are incorrect, I cannot click on the date to view shifts for that day, and now dismissal from shifts is not showing up. Overall tho I like the look, and if all were working smooth it’s much better than the old app

I love the app as far as helping me find shifts but I’m only giving it four stars because now that they have updated it I no longer get shift notifications I have to keep getting on the app it see if it’s new shifts available
Review of shifts
I like this better app better than the last app but it would be a lot better of the shifts for one particular day can be posted versus seeing other dates. When you click on the other dates it gives you an “oops looks like there’s nothing to see” not the exact verbiage. I’m one to like to plan ahead to grab shifts.

The new MyShyft app has a nice layout to it but too many glitches and doesn’t not send notifications of new shifts being sent out, please fix it
Junk
This app is absolute crap. Doesn’t show any available shifts doesn’t matter what the distance is set at.
Not working
The app won’t load for me. Just flashes a loading screen and then turns off by itself and goes back to my Home Screen on my phone .
