Demographic too limited
It would be nice if this was available without a student email. Students aren’t the only people get SA’d… 🙄you can’t even use it as a college aged person without having a school email, which makes it inaccessible to anyone unable to afford college. And who can afford college in this economy?! Good idea but really shortsighted.

This app is incredible!
Not only can I track where my friends are and if they are safe but I can tag where I have encountered something that made me feel uncomfortable on the map as well. This app makes me feel safer and aware of my surroundings on and off my college campus. Everyone needs this application on their phones!

MySideKick is the future of college programming
I’m a current college student, and this app lives on my phone. It has lots of helpful resources, encourages digital engagement, and is more intuitive than the e-learning module that my school currently offers.
College students get this app!!!!
It’s really nice to see an app that’s trying to solve some of the issues that bother me everyday as a college student instead of putting a bandaid on a bigger issue. I was getting really tired of feeling like pepper spray was the only thing I had to protect myself as a woman around my campus and like that I can access a lot of important information really easily on this app. My friends and I also have found spiked to be a good resource when we’re getting ready to go out!!!
