Ads say Sky has never been easier to connect to. Must have been really bad before because next to impossible now . Suggest all those overpaid execs at sky try login in just as poor customers who only wants to pay their bill .You may have me locked into contract but that will end soon .

Don’t waste your time.
A complete waste of time trying to send message for support with Sky recording. Refused my email address, referred me to different pages then couldn’t return and had to restart the process. Just an exercise in frustration. No wonder Sky is losing customers. I’ll be the next one.

Useless app. My app says my account number is wrong every time. I am without internet since one week and cant connect customer care hot line cant use app. So why we keep in phone useless apps?
Crashes when I try to login
I have an ABS-CBN online account with my SKYbroadband & Cable registered to it. Every freaking time I tap ‘log in’ it crashes—and I am sure that what I entered are correct.
This is a scam.
