App been broken for months…
That broken for months no update from it tried to reinstalling still nothing no dev work.. I really had high hopes but this was a disappointment

not gonna lie whoever see this review. Smells something in that Casino the bigtime who win are already manifisted its already cook the menu have agreement with the management that Casino are Greedy. I scan my face and my id 5x and it still keeps saying that my id is not acceptable that only ca id is acceptable only my drivers license is in ca

The easy to use app only adds to the already great service Sky River provides. They’ve created a real gem here. The food is incredible, the staff is outstanding, and the game choices are endless. I’m making my reservations as we speak! Keep up the good work!
Residents are being discriminated
I worked at a nursing rehab facility, and yesterday, October 22, 2025, my two assistants and I took eight elderly residents, some of whom use wheelchairs while others are able to wheel themselves, to Sky River Casino. The purpose was for them to enjoy lunch, have some fun, and try their luck at gambling. However, the casino is not wheelchair accessible, and the residents felt they were being discriminated against. The security staff caused us difficulties by scanning our IDs and thoroughly checking each wheelchair. So we left 3 residents they alert and oriented, but wheelchair bound so they can play a bit, and we took some of them in the restaurant to have a place to eat. Security manager told us not to leave them because it’s considered abandoned. They don’t even asked if we need help, and yet they have the never to tell us not there problem if we are short-handed. I will call the state and complaint regarding this matter.

The app originally worked. Now it won’t. I’ve deleted app and reinstalled but that didn’t make a difference. The cardless play function is now useless. Doesn’t work. People at Sky River admitted to having issues with app. Please fix the app.

Login issues
Always have a problem logging in. I went casino had then fix it. When I got home had issue logging in. I keep clicking forgot password and never receive e-mail. Did it several times. Nothing!!

I have never been able to see how much free play or food credits I have via the app. I have to wait and sometimes even prove to the casino staff that I have received offers via email that do not reflect on the app or in person. It is pretty frustrating to deal with every time I visit.
