Worst App ever
No matter how many time you have to register they transfer you to another place that you have to register. You have to hunt just to find out how to pay the water bill. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
Great App!
Simple, easy and effective. Placed a service request and got a response back same day. Scheduled the Call2Haul service and quickly received confirmation of pickup date. Glad these resources and services are available to us!
August 2025 update totally non functional
Was not the best before, but at least worked. Most recent update won’t load at all.
Won’t open
Hi! As of 8/1/25 your app won’t open on my iPhone. It’s not my internet connection, and I checked if there’s an app update. Looks like something is wrong.
Major Downgrade
Application is very inconsistent. When filing a report, random steps will be skipped occasionally, making the submission useless. If you need to go back a step, the application often hangs and loses the data you have entered so far.
