Mad at the App
Everytime i go to use the App it’s requiring a new password but now saying invalid credentials it’s so annoying

This app doesn’t even work anymore nothing but a blank page and sometimes an error message. Never seen a worse app. Must be a Snohomish County thing.

Was easy now won’t open at all
Always paid my bill this way. I have no way to figure out how to pay my bill if your app won’t open. It keeps saying your tracking will be notified and to retry later. What’s up SNOPUD? Do you want my money or not?
Can’t setup a text alert to a non-signed in device
I wanted to set up text alerts for outages (and other system issues) but the only available option is to “signed in mobile devices”. This useless.
Stop Asking Me to Enable Notifications
Every time I open the app, a pop-up shows on the screen telling me to enable notifications. I don’t want to enable notifications. I’m perfectly capable of determining what I want and do not want on my phone. I should be able to log into an app to pay my bill or to check my usage without having to be harassed to enable push notifications on my phone.
I am a lifelong PUD customer, but this app is awful. Respect the privacy and wishes of your customers and just allow them to do basic functions on the app instead of a bunch of other notification nonsense.

Is not working
For several weeks now, I've been having trouble logging in. Every time I select the app, it automatically exits. Apparently, they haven't fixed any bugs, and I don't think they will.
Completely unusable
The only thing that seems to work is the login. Everything else infinitely spins and/or generates exceptions. Like literally nothing works. it’s also defaulting to a prior address I haven’t lived in for at least 7 years.

Cannot sign in through the app. Changed my password and it still wont log me in on the app. Please fix ASAP

Their app does not allow for plus aliased email addresses which are valid and accepted on their website. So the app does not work at all for me. There is also a loading indicator overlay that never disappears. Overall, pretty bad impression and does not inspire confidence their technology practices. I do hope they they at least keep data secure.

Usage slider menu is buggy
Trying to swipe up the menu bounces back down a lot. It’s not “sticky” and seems confused that it’s being summoned.
