Points are useless
I have never seen a more useless grocery store app. Joker coupons should automatically come off your highest eligible items - it works this way in Austria. The points you collect are useless. I have NEVER been able to successfully trade them for a coupon - I get error messages every time; my sign-in never carries over from app to website. The points should be able to be used for a simple discount at any time - check out the Müller app to see how it SHOULD be done, or any grocery app from the US.
