Absolutely Dire
Who wrote this rubbish?! It is far more complicated than it needed to be with far too many screens/pages to make simple fault reports.
The map function does not work well at all. It immediately drops a pin somewhere in Stafford and then seems to think you want to create a report there (obviously, I don’t). When you finally do manage to zoom out and then find the correct place to drop a pin it freezes and there are two spinning circles of doom that take forever to do anything. So annoying! And yes, I am using the latest App version and my phone is using the latest IOS).
If you want to see a site that has a *really good* map/GIS function - have a look at E-ons lightingforstaffordshire site. The map function and that site is really nicely designed - it is super fast, simple, nicely designed, only asks the minimum information required and just WORKS.
Ditch the useless map function in MyStaffs, simplify and get rid of all the waffle (damn data protection statements can be in the help pages, surely). Then you might get more than a 1 star!

Location Does Not Work
This would be a great app if the location finder button worked.
At the moment it does nothing but spin so you have to manually drag the map to your location.
(I have location services enabled for the app and location works fine in other apps)

Very clear and easy to use!
Not working on iOS 14.5.1
Using an iPhone 12 Pro Max on 14.5.1 and all I can see is the title bar, a blank white screen and ‘previous menu’ button which doesn’t do anything if tapped.

It’s not working, get a blank page with link to previous page that does nothing
