Overhyped and Underwhelming
MyStandard is honestly a disappointing app. The interface is clunky, the user experience is confusing, and most of the features feel useless. I tried it out for a while and had no desire to continue using it. It’s supposed to help people build a professional image or portfolio, but honestly, even free tools do a better job.
What’s even more baffling is seeing lvlup VC publicly praising it and claiming to be working with them. Makes me wonder if they’ve actually used the app or if it’s just another case of overhyped packaging. Either way, I wouldn’t recommend it — use your time elsewhere.

Life Changing!!
Having been of working age for 30 years and having had desirable skills for 20. I have fielded and dealt with tons of recruiter calls and outreach that were not applicable to my desired career path. Now, I control the scenario!! Recruiters can only find me on MyStandard and I decide whether they have access to my personal data in order to reach out. GETTING PAID TO TALK TO RECRUITERS IS FANTASTIC!! Plus I got a solid new gig!

Clunky, POOR UI, takes way to long to complete experience
While this app could be helpful, the UI is very clunky, long list of questions would be better on web, no way to merge a CV, circular process. Seems like they just want your data, nothing here business model is unclear on who pays for leads too
