Does what it’s supposed to do
Good app haven’t had any trouble with it. I’ve had it for 6 years the only thing is it doesn’t show is my car Qashqai 2023 can you please add this to the car list? Or maybe update the list of cars. Thank you

What’s this replacement program pop up? Very limited info can be found and don’t want to do this without facts etc.
Reoccurring fees
Lack of transparency in their product since they do not tell you that the cell system linked to this product expires and or is not supported by the company for more than a couple of years. A little more than 3 year of usage and now told that they will stop supporting my model in a near future. The option it to buy their newer model at 50% off and pay to have it installed.

Scam!!! Warning!!!
Had a remote start installed and thought the one time price was good for the life of the vehicle. Now we received notice that the app is no longer supported and we must purchase the new one at $150. This was not explained up front. Now we are worried that we pay and they do this again in a couple of years.
