About

MyStepSleep reads your step count and sleep time from the Health app (HealthKit) and turns them into a weekly review. The Health app is great for today's numbers, but it's hard to tell how this week compares with last week. MyStepSleep groups your data Monday to Sunday and puts it next to the previous week. FEATURES - Your week on one screen Daily averages for steps and sleep, the change from last week, and a bar chart for each day, all on one screen. Go back to earlier weeks any time. - Goal days Set a daily step goal (8,000 by default) and a sleep goal (7 hours by default) and see how many days you reached them. The charts show a goal line, and days that reach it are highlighted. - A one-line highlight Get one plain fact from the week's numbers, such as "On days you slept 7h or more, you walked 1,820 more steps on average" or "You walked 640 more steps per day than last week." - Weekly notes Keep one note per week, like "Rainy second half, barely went out", and see it next to the numbers. - 12 weeks of history See the average steps and sleep for the last 12 weeks, with the first line of each note. Tap a week to open it. PRIVACY - Only steps and sleep are read from Health. No other health data. - Nothing is written to Health. - Health data is never stored by the app or sent off your device. The app keeps only your own notes and goals. - No account, no sign-in. NOTE This app is not a medical device. It does not diagnose or give advice; it only compares your recorded numbers. Sleep data requires sleep tracking, for example with Apple Watch. No in-app purchases. No ads.
