Alas, like the other bad reviewers, I ignored the reviews because I thought, ‘blue brain made other great games, surely this is similar’. I WAS WRONG! Don’t waste your money. There was a glitch that prevented me from moving forward not that far into the game. It was impossible to move past and they haven’t updated in 6 years! So, take our advice-spend your money on something else!

Unplayable on the phone.
The app isn’t full screen on the phone and the app will not allow it to be. You also cannot zoom in on hidden object stuff, making it impossible to play.
Glitches
The HOG with the skeleton in the forest froze at the very end trying to find the feather.
Cool Game
Easy and Fun. Not glinchy. Just need patience to learn how things work. Imaginative.
Avoid
Dreadful game to play on your phone, maybe on a tablet it would be okay. Tho you would still be left with the bad game design as well as dialogue and voice acting so bad it’s comical
Unplayable
Pretty upset that I paid for this. The premise is good but the game is super glitchy. Inventory is not very compatible with devices that don’t have a home button and the touchable areas are often too small. I was dealing with it anyway until the second chapter, where I literally cannot click the last item in a hidden object game. I even looked at the walkthrough to make sure I was doing it right. Clearly they have not QAd this game for the newer versions of iOS or for devices with a high resolution. Since it’s a paid game I would expect much better. Honestly a shame because the game itself is fun, but this port is just totally unplayable. What a waste.

Frustrating Interruption
This game was enjoyable with an engaging storyline until I got to the forest and then couldn’t find all of the hidden objects. Perplexed, I caved, and when I looked at a walkthrough, I discovered that I didn’t have the full screen option turned on in the game, and so some items weren’t even visible to me. The game would not let me turn on the full screen (there was apparently the option to do so, but when I clicked the button nothing happened), so I can’t finish the game, and I was just getting to the good part where the magic seemed like it was about to begin. I also noticed that there hasn’t been an update to this app in 4 years. I feel very frustrated and disappointed that I paid for a game I couldn’t even play all the way through and that I wasted so much of my time getting to the forest. I downloaded this game, because I had just finished The Da Vinci House by Blue Brain Games (absolutely incredible game) and expected that this game would be awesome since it was made by the same company, but not if you have a newer operating system. I should have listened to the one-star reviews. Lesson learned.

Not sure why this game had such poor reviews. I had no glitches at all. Fun game.
House of da Vinci’s are both great!!! This one? NO
LOVED the other 2 games but this one has many flaws and glitches which make playing it a real chore. Glad I played the other 2 first as I would have NEVER bought them after trying this one.

Was liking this game but it want open the pocket to get the tool to pry mouth open on skeleton.

Was enjoyable but impassible glitch, so frustrating!
Loved this game and have enjoyed playing it. However. I am so frustrated that I got to what seems to be close to the end. There is an impassable glitch in the room behind the pool where are you cannot select any of the hidden objects to cross them off the list. I have restarted, deleted, reinstalled, etc. and it’s obviously a glitch in the game. So frustrating!! What a waste of my time!

Rating for game
This game is awful and not worth the money. There is no means of saving steps taken or progress. Tapping on the inventory items sometimes does not select the item. I would not categorize this game as an Interactive 3D game. It is a poor attempt at it. Do not waste your time or money on this game!
Unplayable on IPhone X
I bought this because of House of Davinci. This game is not even close to that caliber.

I only played the first two obstacles but it was a like pulling teeth to get elements to work together or read anything.
Who designs a game for a phone but makes the text so small it takes a magnifying glass to read? There is plenty of room to make the copy much larger
Why pop zoom elements in a window? Just make a new scene.
Navigating around is slow and sluggish.
Anyway, if you make any updates, I will give it another shot.

I purchased the game and I just played it from beginning to end without any glitches or program failures. The graphics were great on my iPad Pro and I loved the hidden object games and puzzles.
Either the problems others complained about have been fixed or they simply didn’t exist. I liked this game and I recommend it to you.

Glitches still intact.
Buyer beware, this game is clunky and for me unplayable and I have a brand new IPad. My guess is it is not compatible with more up to date systems. If you are using an older one, then you might be able to enjoy this game. Either way, I wouldn’t pay for it. If you are looking for a good puzzle point and click game, I would look up Blue Brain games, The house of Da Vinci. Now that’s an excellent game!
