I really enjoy playing this game. I’m on my second round now.
I have purchased the game; I am wanting to get the guide and every time I get the same message, that I can’t get it to try again later. I’ve tried numerous times on various days and still can’t gain access to it. I gave it a four star rating for this reason.

Outdated, Unsupported.
I wasn’t aware the app itself hasn’t been updated in YEARS. As a fan of Mystery Case Files, I wasn’t aware. I purchased the full game and it is unresponsive on iPhone 14 pro. The game is essentially dead and useless to play without an update. Apple needs to remove this from the App Store. Now I’m fighting for a refund. BEWARE BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD!

Too Many Glitches
Paid for full game but can’t finish. Too often the item received and needed is invisible and can’t be used.

Great game with so much nostalgia, awesome graphics ahead of its time. Sadly unable to play it as a message pops up acknowledging that the game developers need to update the game to become compatible with current IOS versions.

Big Fish
I miss the old Big Fish games and would gladly pay $6.99 or more to play one again. The graphics and music were stupendous. The new developers’ games seem even older, with stilted figures and immature and similar plots. With the growth of technology after all these years, I would expect at least the same quality as BF games made over 15 years ago.

This game is SO amazing I love it and I was so sad when it told me that I was finished I was so sad but I still liked it from the beginning
Not unlimited play
The game is great but now 2 years after purchasing suddenly can’t unlock the full game. Same with other Big Fish games. Their support tried to help but couldn’t. Apparently there is either a time limit or number of plays limit.

Loved this entire series, but don’t be fooled when they say you can play them forever. You can’t. There are 3 others I’ve paid for and enjoyed and can no longer access. Pretend you can play them for a short time.

Glitch stopped play
I’ve tried this game twice now. Deleted, updated and reloaded. There’s a scene (four knives crossed that you are supposed to remove) that won’t acknowledge your touch. And, yes, I checked the step-by-step tutorial to make sure I wasn’t missing something. Had to abandon the game. Very disappointed as I loved the earlier installments.

I have played almost all the Ravenhearst games.
The Ravenhearst games are all wonderful every few ones incorporating new things. My all time fave is the first all HOP one, for nostalgia. I played it so often I had a ball zipping through it!
Interesting and Captivating
Still playing, but I am really loving this game so far. One of the best story lines, by far.
