I’m really enjoying this game. This is the first one I’ve tried and I can’t wait to explore their other games once I’ve finished this one. Highly recommend.

Glitch cannot progress
The shovel handle in inventory shows a black screen and will not connect the the spade. I am stuck because of this. Your website to report an issue does not exist. Help!
Problem with codes
In the game magic city detectives there is glitch with code 364 the cat one the clue is of 3 digits and the lock is for 6 digit .
Also in spirits chronical the puzzle is solved but not moving to another level

Frustrating
Really enjoy games like this, and really loving that I can play continuously without running out of energy, it is a shame because the way it is configured causes too much frustration, the instructions don’t explain clearly and have been incorrect at times, normally I will work things out eventually, but after trying a ton of different ways to complete a boat puzzle with different shapes that don’t lock in to lock into place, I now have to stop playing it now to save my sanity.
Please make sure testing is done to make sure everything works properly otherwise you are going to loose people left right and centre!

Вторую историю не могу завершить из-за багов , первую историю предложили удалить, не смогли решить проблему того, что после прохождения головоломки не выпал предмет, сейчас не работает кнопка, которая поворачивает шестеренки
Games not working
In some games the graphics are not loading. For example in the unsolved case: city of haunted, in a search mini game the screen is completely black. I’ve been able to play most game but some are glitchy and not running properly.

Very challenging. Sometimes can click on the correct spot and it doesnt react and some of the methods of getting things open or whatever are a little far fetched which is frustrating. Very much appreciate that this is not an energy based game!
Agitated
I like the game, I really do, but you cannot earn rubies, they must be bought. You can watch videos for coins, but not rubies. So here I am, stuck with no way to progress because it won’t let me skip a puzzle that quite frankly, my eyes refuse to keep up with ever swapping pieces.

The ad I saw showed a case involving Supernatural. That case is not in the game.
