The medical kit bug is still here - another review noted it a year ago, and you replied you were working on a fix. Apparently not working very hard

Bug still there after a year
Just paid for this game and the first aid kit still can’t be opened (We hadn’t seen the reviews before buying). Refund please.

I just purchased the game and now I’m unable to click on the first aid kit to open it. Therefore, I can’t move on.

Just paid for this game and now I can’t click to pull up the medical kit to add the 2 missing pieces so I can then open it to save the cop. Can we get that fixed?

I was so enjoying this game. Then I get to the medical kit and it will not open. I’m so upset and disappointed. I paid the full price of the this game and can not play it. I uninstalled it still same problem. This been going on for awhile shame on you for taking our money and not fixing the problem!!! Bug remains after more than 6 months
Enjoying the game but can’t open the medicine box despite numerous attempts. I can see this was an issue back in November. I wouldn’t have purchased it if I’d known it hadn’t been fixed

Can’t get the medical kit open
I just purchased the full version and can’t get past the paid for first scene since the medical kit won’t pop out of inventory. I’ve tried resetting it and nothing. Please fix the glitch!

Im enjoying this game but I’m stuck because I can’t get the medical kit to pop up out of the inventory I have the parts that go on it but it won’t pop up so I can give the policeman a seditive. I’ve unloaded it and loaded it back up and I’ve restarted from the beginning of the game but it still won’t pop up. Everything else does. So please fix this problem

It’s broken
Once I’ve obtained the first aid kit, I’m unable to click on it to add the necessary items. I’ve restarted the game, no help. Can you please help? I’ve purchased the game and would love to be able to play. If it’s permanently broken, would you please refund my purchase?

Hi I was really enjoying the game, I’ve paid for it and have the same problem with the first aid kit. When you go to press on it, which should enlarge it so you can do something to open it, it does nothing, even though it has the plus sign….refund please or fix it..thanks

So, I paid £3.99 for hints, used my first one and the game has stuck in one of the police rooms!! ( pink game on the wall) Not pleased as that’s not far into the game and I now can’t continue after paying!!!

Paid for the game as I had enjoyed it but found there is a bug that is stopping me opening the medical box. Please fix urgently or give me a refund.
Early problems
Problems started early. Couldn’t get the medical case to come up so I could put parts on it. Since I couldn’t do that, I couldn’t continue the game.
Do not buy this game
I’ve been looking at reviews and it seems like this game has a glitch in it that hasn’t been fixed for over six months. I cannot get the medical kit to open like many other complaints listed here. I want my money back, please! The game is at a standstill and I paid good money to finish it. Please advise. We tried rebooting, playing the game from the beginning again, you name it. This is very frustrating. Please refund my money ASAP.
