Purchased the full game but now unable to open or play.. contacted Biggish for a refund but still no reply or acknowledgement. Will not be purchasing again

So much potential
I'm still playing. Was enjoying it but it's frozen numerous times. Puzzle descriptions can be a awful as well. Puzzles are super easy or impossible and then occasionally perfect. Strategy guide is useless at times. Not sure developer has a good grasp on the English language. Easily fixable stuff. Issues are laughable at times.

Хорошая графика, довольно длинная, красивая, но уж очень простая. Предметы применять очень просто, не над чем подумать. Зато головоломки на каждом шагу. За 200 купить можно вполне, 500 было бы чересчур.
Дебелизм
Вся игра ко дну, на середине прохождения у меня пропал предмет, не смогла доиграть! Тормозит плюс ко всему
Glitchy or just me?
I've restarted the game twice now after things disappeared from my inventory. It would be a great game otherwise.
The twilight world
I have to say at first I was a little unsure but as the game went on it gets better and better and now I can say I enjoyed it from start to finish Well worth the money.👍👍👍👍

Brilliant scenery with dedicated attention to colour(s) & detail(s). Like the ability to be able to go back & forth between "dark" and "light" side of adventure, but the going back & forth between "dark"and "light" did so become irksome later on... Story disjointed at times, therefor hard to follow.
Hidden object & mini-games ok, nothing special; Definitely designed for person whom is new, or lacks experience, with Hidden Object games. Repeated tapping on many items throughout game, especially with HO's and mini games. Extremely annoying.
Background music that did not grate on one's nerves-Nice change compared to most others. Voice characterization & sync standard. Bonus game & collectibles fun.
No problems with regards to loading and/or re-installation of game on any device; All apps, no matter what subject content concerns, are played on multiple devices in order to give followers a more rounded and less biased review.
All in all enjoyable, but not a game worth playing more then once, so wait until it is on sale or featured in Big Fish's end of year sale to purchase it. Thank you for your continued support.

Light & Dark
I really have to play Big Fish games first before I buy and make sure I like it, and this is one that makes it to my favorites. So far I'm loving this game. I love how it switches between the dark and light world. The puzzles are fun and engaging and the hidden object games are different in this one which I like. Great story and addictive with beautiful graphics and a "dollhouse" like atmosphere.

Really liked this one
Despite a few non-responsive tapping issues, I really liked this game. The scenes were good and I enjoyed the music. Had a few unique elements I hadn't seen before, like switching between a light and dark world.
Good, but easy gameplay
Despite encountering a couple of bugs, I enjoyed this game. The most notable bug, which proved to be the biggest nuisance occurred every so often when going down a screen. Rather than simply taking me one room/map level down, it would jump me as far down on the map as it could go...so to avoid this issue, I'd use the map feature and jump to my destination from there. I also found that the puzzles were on the easier side, and was a little disappointed in the lack of extras (I really enjoy hunting for morphing objects, and for some reason the fact that there weren't any in this game seemed more noticeable to me than other games without the same feature), but there was some variation in the HO scenes which I liked. Overall, Mystery Tales: The Twilight World was a good game but I'd recommend it more to beginners of this genre than intermediate or hardcore players.

This game has so much potential. The art is great. The story could be absolutely riveting. The puzzles could be amazing, but they're either way too easy or don't make sense at all!!! This was obviously a junior developer that got the amazing chance to develop this game and absolutely failed. Failed failed failed!!! Wow. You should study a different field altogether. I didn't even want to finish the game. I hit skip several times. I play Big Fish games ALL the time and this one should not have made the cut! I'm actually deleting right now. 😕

ストーリーは目新しいしパズルも豊富です。グラフィックも凝っていますが、残念ながらイライラするバグがありました。前の場面に戻る際にトップの場面までローディングされます。かなり頻繁に起きるのでMapを使わないと悲惨な事になりました。ボリュームもあってないようが良いだけに残念！

I was very disappointed with this game.
It froze on an early puzzle (a simple match eight pairs of keys), so I restarted.
Then, on a mini-puzzle (replace the spines on the books), far into the game, it didn't give me the item I needed so I was completely stuck!
I was unwilling to start over...again... Not again!
My suggestion? Do NOT buy this glitchy game!
