Help!
My screen is freezing on level 5. I don’t get what is happening. It doesn’t matter if i’m at home or on the road. Help!
Freezing up chapter 5
By the time I got to chapter 5 it froze up. I paid a fee and hopefully get a refund .

Sorry, I wanted to like this game, but the annoyance factor is far outweighing the enjoyment factor. Landscapes are confusing and hard to get oriented to, the navigation is wonky and I keep ending up in places I don’t want to be in. I try to get back to a place to see a clue again but it’s too hard to find my way back. And I’m not enjoying the puzzles - clues are obscure and don’t make a lot of sense. The origami puzzle is mostly unresponsive which is bad for a puzzle that requires trial and error. Overall it’s just way too frustrating. I’m sincerely happy for those who enjoyed this game but I’m not one of them. I regret buying it. Deleting.

Level 5 Freeze
At level 5 and it will not do anything. Reloaded twice but still doesn’t move. Please fix.

I do enjoy this game. Please fix the frozen problem at level 5. I am in iPad Pro with iPadOS 16.5.1(c). Please please, I want to finish this. It’s a great game!

This game is a lot of fun until it freezes and no customer support
Really enjoyed this game for the first 4 chapters then the game will not go passed the that. I took all the Apple support steps even before they emailed with the basic instructions. Then I tried to contact the developer for support and it just takes you to a blog post where there is no information on the game and you can’t leave a message.

Want to Love the Game, but...
Really wanted to love this game as it is similar to the Faraway games by a different developer, and I did like it...until it would not allow me to play Level Five. All other levels worked great, the puzzles were straightforward and easy to solve. (While I like origami after being stationed in Japan for 4 1/2 years, I prefer not to attempt it in a game. Thank you for the skip option!)
I don't mind purchasing these games as developers need to make a living, too, but I also want finish the game I bought. All I get with Level Five are three dots, and a partial view of what looks like stairs going down into a lower room. Problem is this is all I get since the game freezes up every time. Not even the back, hint, and menu buttons work. I have to exit the game without closing it. (BTW...My iPad Air Gen 3 is updated with iOS 15.6, and I noticed this game had a recent update two months ago.) As far as troubleshooting: I have soft and hard rebooted my iPad, offloaded the game (keeps the data and personal info) and reloaded it, and completely uninstalled and reinstalled (twice). One time without and one time hard rebooting after the uninstalled. Nothing worked...Level Five is only three dots and a glimpse of stairs without any moving beyond the entry point.
Please advise as to a solution or tell Apple to refund my $. As stated, I don't mind paying money...even more than the small fee I did for this game...but I want a game that works! If you give me a workable solution, I plan to update my review and rating.

Impossible puzzle on level 8
This is an amazing game, very challenging in parts but the in-game walkthroughs normally help when I’m really stuck but I cannot solve the puzzle in chapter 8 where you have to press different buttons to get different perspectives of the ‘bars’. The in-app walkthrough only has 9 bars but the game has 16 - IMPOSSIBLE!

Wish I could finish it?
Enjoying the game for the most part. Some of the puzzles are a little obtuse but the solutions are easily accessed if you ware stuck, and they update with you so you don’t have to scan through a whole level to find your part. Being able to skip the origami puzzles was good too because some of those were SUPER hard.
However it seems that the puzzle in the middle of room 10 is broken. The one where you’re rotating the center cylinders to get the eye of the dragon. The solution walkthrough video from the hint button gives zero help on where to touch and slide on the screen to get the cylinders to work right. Seems like there’s not any consistency as to how they turn. There are definitely points that work but to get that specific interaction to slide the red differently than the yellow is so inconsistent. I could slide it one way but not back. Plus it being so low to the bottom of the screen I kept flipping out of the app which added to the frustration. I gave up after about a half hour of trying to pass this puzzle to no avail. Definitely needs a better more obvious interface.

Needs a skip option
Update 5/27: I’m beyond frustrated with this game. After buying all of the levels, I’m permanently stuck on level 6 and will not be able to go any further. This level is beyond ridiculous with the amount of moves you have to correctly make to get all of the lasers & targets lit up. I watched the hint video many times and can’t follow it because all of the lasers look the exact same, as does most of the terrain. Plus all of the moving and spinning (both in the actual game and in the videos) gives me severe motion sickness. The YouTube walkthrough for this level is literally 20 min of constant moving and spinning from one laser to the next. If you’re going to make the levels so ridiculously hard, then you need to have an option to skip levels and move on to the next one. I’ll be requesting a refund since I’m unable to play the levels I purchased.

Update: Fixed. I will fix this in the next update! The lever at the top of this puzzle will be helping instead of resetting everything. Thanks for pointing out! Please wait for the new version.
Love the origami puzzles
I bought the complete ad free version. This is a nice puzzle game, but navigation and camera angles makes it difficult to orient yourself. The graphics are very blocky, so detail is poor. I enjoyed the origami puzzles, even though the mechanics were a bit frustrating on my iPad. Overall, the puzzles are good, and the game is long enough for the cost. I would like to see more from this developer.

Captivating and dream-like
I’m really enjoying this game. It reminds me of the Faraway series. I love the graphics and the imaginative puzzles and there’s loads to explore. I think it has just the right level of challenge to make it enjoyable. I haven’t finished playing yet, but I’m really enjoying it so far. A real gem and I’m glad I found it. I’d love more like this.

I love this game so much, but I’m stuck on Level 8 with the box with the 9 sliding things. The hint doesn’t make any sense to me.
One main issue
I really liked this game apart from one thing... the walkthrough videos. You have to watch them from the beginning and no way of skipping forward to the bit where you’re stuck. I’m stuck on the second part of level 6 and trying to set the lights step by step but have to spend ages watching the walkthrough from the start. I end up getting really confused and losing my place and having to go back over it again. Can you post it on YouTube so I can skip to where I’m at? At the point of giving up.
