Accuracy?
The app has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve opened it several times and found that the information is not updated. I’ve read horoscopes for the day only to realize they were yesterday’s and it hadn’t refreshed. There is a a 2026 Overview tab which still says “Coming Soon” even though the year is halfway over. It’s the 7th of June, and the June monthly overview is displaying information from 2025. Which I wouldn’t have known, except it’s describing Jupiter moving into Cancer. It’s not. It’s finishing up its yearly cycle in Cancer. I have so many of these examples and it makes me wonder how much of anything I’m reading is actually accurate.
I’ve reached out to support and have used the “Report a bug” feature in the app and have not heard anything from anyone, human or AI. Not even so much as an acknowledgement that my comments were received.

DOES NOT WORK
I cannot log in online, the app is blank, but it took my money and charged me double. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, same issue. The website won’t allow me to log in, says I need to be on the waitlist. This is awful. I want my money back.

Beware: No Option To Cancel
There is no option to cancel that works. I love Sheleana’s work, so thought I would check out what she’s helped create. It’s neat but not for me, so obviously I’m cancelling my subscription. The app takes you to an area to cancel that doesn’t work. I’ve tried reaching out to the bot (“the team”) via email and through the app itself with absolutely no response. It’s not a good feeling. I’m being robbed out of $100 for an app that I won’t be using??

Unreliable AI, money better spent consulting a human astrologer
I have found mystic ai to be inconsistent with its accuracy. The chart interpretations are often based on inaccurate planetary placements. This happens despite the fact that I have inputted my birth time to the app, and it has produced my natal chart accurately. When I ask Mystic AI questions about my chart (or others I have inputted), it provides detailed answers but it has natal planets placed in the wrong sign, and even has the signs in the wrong houses. I’ve written to the developer multiple times to report the bugs, unsure they are addressing it as the problems persist. To be fair, Mystic AI will sometimes get the planets and their placements right, but in my experience it’s very inconsistent.
I think the potential for harm is high with an unreliable AI that seems to be guessing at where planets are in my birth chart, especially for those who don't have an astrology background or basic knowledge of their birth chart. I'm not happy at all with this app, to me it is hard to trust the accuracy of any interpretations knowing that the AI running it is fundamentally flawed.

App overall great, however…
This app is a great astrology app. It’s really insightful, beautifully designed, and informative. However, it’s expensive. I didn’t mind paying $15/month until I saw I can’t delete and add a friend. You get to add three in addition to yourself, and if you decide you don’t want that friend’s chart anymore guess what? You can’t add another in its place. Not cool. Limits to how many you can have at a time, sure. But to not be able to edit or replace a chart? Ridiculous. I’ll be canceling my subscription after this month due to this limitation.

Hey There! For premium monthly users you "accrue" friends for each month that you're on the platform up to 18 friends. If you'd like to get access to the full 18 friends immediately you'll need to upgrade to an annual membership or wait for your next renewal. This is because we have hard costs on each friend you add (since there's SO much content!) Hope that helps understand the experience.
