It’s a horrible app
It resets every time you go out of the app and oftentimes resets while in the app which makes doing business on the go tough
In serious need of redesign
I'd give it 0 stars if I could. It's slow, clunky, and lacks basic functionality
Good features but works slow and times out after 5secs
The app has many good features, definitely easy for billing and setting up events. Unfortunately it’s very slow and for no reason it often times out after 5 seconds while typing text message to a student so you lose all your correspondence, and you have to type again just to lose it again. System really needs upgrade to be efficient.

Game Changer for My Business
I run 5 locations through MyStudio. It has freed up so much time for our schools. Members sign themselves up for events, memberships, classes, etc. so we can focus on the quality of our program and doing what we love best vs selling/admin work. I can access real time data and see exactly how our businesses are doing at anytime from anywhere.

Glitches and doesn’t offer much as a mobile option
This app nonstop glitches and I’m unable to load the simplest of pages (connected to wifi or cellular- I have no problems loading any other app on my phone). I’m unable to do a lot on this mobile app that I’d expect to be part of basic business management. 1/5 starts for the attempting.
