This app was great until it stopped working. Then you could only access it through the internet but now that doesn’t seem to work anymore. Nobody should waste their time with it now.

Attempting to create account for numerous times, it says, unsuccessful. “There was an error in submitting your form”. With great connections, still of no avail.

Don’t Purchase!
Evidently, I have been paying for this app both annually & monthly since 2019! They’ve charged 2 different accounts & I didn’t notice, so shame on me. However, now it won’t let me login at all online or via the app. It says I’m not connected to the internet or that it can’t sync. The idea behind the app is a good one, however there are too many issues when it comes to actually using it. As a result, I have also lost ALL my preference cards that I put into the app! Don’t bother with it, find something else!

Great app, until it stops working.
I’ve had this app for many years. It works great UNTIL, it comes around time for the subscription to renew, then it suddenly stops working. I have “auto pay” and every month it takes my money. Yet, every year, around the time I opened my account, it stops working and says my account is expired. But I know I’ve been paying, so it can’t possibly be expired. It’s very frustrating because I REALLY rely on it and today I really needed it and it won’t open. 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

Won’t work
I’ve tried contacting the people in charge of this app every way I can think of. I love this app. I seen a promo for AST members for $10 a year, so I did it. It literally won’t let me log on. Not on the app or online. Why is this?! Pleaaaaasssseee fix it. 🙏🏽

Unable to access the app after paying the annual fee and unable to get anyone to answer when contacting support. I have 5 years of notes that I am unable to access. Avoid this product.
Trouble shooting
For whatever reason I can’t get this app to put on a continuous billing. First problem. Second can’t retrieve my prep cards again. I have an account. However every time I renew my account it sends my prep cards or clears them away. I would like to be able to open my previous account with all my information in it. Soo it is great if it works. However my experience has not been so. I would love to talk to someone about retrieving my information but with no phone number to call. Impossible.

Great App
Started using this app almost two years ago and it’s been a life saver!
I can save all my surgeries, surgeons, and preferences to look back on at anytime.
Recently was having trouble resetting my password and I reached out to them on Facebook and they quickly helped me resolve my problem.

Love it but frustrated
I love this app so much it really comes in handy for my job. I am very frustrated though because it keeps force closing even more so when doing the journal part every time I add a surgery to the journal it force closing. I also wish that you could edit the name of surgery because my phone likes to auto correct and I don't notice and then I have to delete the whole thing because there's no edit option for the name of procedure. Fix those things and I'd give this app 5 stars.

I love this app! Even though my surgeon changes his preferences quite often, it’s easy to keep up with him! If you are privately employed this is the app for you!

I’ve been using MySurgeon for a few weeks (I’m still within the 30 day free-trial window) and it’s great so far. Keeps all my docs and cases organized. I like being able to look up a case either by the doc’s name or by specific surgery. Everything runs smoothly on my XS. Very simple and fast, and it looks good. I think it’s definitely work a few bucks a month. I’ve been telling my private-scrub friends about the app, but with reservations. Is it going to be supported goin forward? Will it work with the new iPhone 11? I’d hate to put all the effort of inputting my info and have it be obsolete in 2 months. An update from the developers may persuade me to upgrade.

Just Ok
This app is just okay. Great concept but overpriced. I mean if I'm taking the time to input all of this information, I do not want someone charging me fees to access it. You can find plenty of free organizational apps that will give you the same layout. However I do like the billing code feature, only if it worked 100% or the time.

Crashes!
For an app that you have to pay for every month, you would think that it wouldn't be full of glitches! Shuts down every time I use it. I'm so frustrated because I have logged soooo much information for work I don't want to start a new app. I don't know how much longer I will be willing to pay for an app that keeps crashing.

Surgical technologist
I cannot recommend this product enough. We just opened a new surgical center and this has been very helpful in refining our preference cards in real time. It's easy to use and many surgeons have been impressed that we have taken the time to make sure that their surgeries go smoothly with the use of this app. The photos feature help in organizing just how to position a patient or how to set up your back table and mayo. I use this product often.

Easy functioning and multipurpose. I like it!
I came across this app two weeks ago and love the easy functions of it! I think because of it's simplicity, my co workers are enjoying it too. Not all of them are tech savy so this helps us A LOT.
The most useful parts for me thus far over the last two weeks:
-Able to track my surgeries for my multiple surgeons at multiple hospitals
-I can keep track of the procedure codes for each surgery ****A nice touch that I really like is that it tells me which procedure codes are payable.
-I've made some custom notes for each surgery and surgeon
-There is an export function or I can refer to it from the Mysurgeon website.
Overall I'd say this is definetly a helpful app to have. If your wondering if it would help you I would also check out their website at "Mysurgeon.net"
One other thing I haven't tried yet, but I think I can use this app to send my biller the codes and details for all my surgeries. If I can do this, then you found a forever loyal customer! Thanks again, I highly recommend this App!!

Finally something useful
This app is easy to use. The export feature for procedures to my calendar is great too. I can not wait to finish updating my doc preferences and stop relying on outdated preference cards. I wish I had this App last year!!
