Confuse and Hard to Use
Too many unused function. Confusing. Like as HR its so hard to set everything and include my staff inside

Please improve the app. Fix bugs. Loading time takes forever. And sometimes clocking in failed! Report many time yet no improvement and no update at all!

MAJOR LAG
Features in this app are great but somehow, it often lags very badly at clock in time during peak hours. Please fix this. It was really bad. My attendance record will look bad even when I came early.
TOO SLOW
I've been using this apps for more than a year but the clock-in/clock-out function still slow AF. Sometimes my attendance is not recorded because apps loading sooo long even using wifi or mobile data. Please upgrade your server!!!

Sorry to say that I’m not use to this system … send so many problems to IT but no reply from them. Yes. Sometimes many bug . Location not accurate ,sometimes already clock in /out but at the end system show nothing …

Tak memenuhi criteria HR dan basic finance
Developer syok sendiri tanpa melihat scara sebenar HR/basic finance berfungsi. please hire a good IT/MIS consultant to design HR requirement. Dan please hire a good technical person for development, building and sever management. dah bayar setahun rasa sangat tak berbaloi. tokey BYOND please take a look on this. jangan jual air liur ja tapi product hampir sampah. Nak pergi ipo please improve this product radically!
