What is the point of this ap if it does not open?

I just downloaded your app, and it crashes every time it is opened.
Why bother
I downloaded app hoping to make a payment on my insurance (on iphone 7 the submit button doesn't show so cant pay that way and on my laptop the website loads so slowly it never appears so can’t pay that way). The app is only about membership. Well, duh, i couldn't buy insurance if i weren't a member! This is 2019 and not 1994. Get with it! Ridiculous! A wasted app!

Not Much Use
Why have the app if it won’t show me policy information. I should be able to use the app for proof of insurance instead of carrying around a piece of paper still. Come on, it’s not 2001 anymore.

No access to your Insurance info
This app is only for looking up “benefits” and offers for being a Texas Farm Bueru Member. The Benefits and Services section list all current hotel, farm equipment, amusement park, sport event and rental car discounts. HOWEVER, no access to your insurance info, an online proof on auto insurance or anything of that nature.
So if you get pulled over and and can’t find your proof of insurance card this app is useless... unless the officer needs a discount at Six Flags or a discount on a John Deer tractor, then maybe you can work out a deal.

Limited Use
This app does not have policy information or policy premium information? Or the ability to pay premium? Or the date the premium is due? As far as I can tell is that all this app does is provide information for Farm Bureau Membership? I've had Farm Bureau Insurance for 40 years or more & my Farm Bureau Membership has never been an-immediate-need-to-know. But I've had multiple times with an immediate-need-to know that my policies premiums are due or near being over due or yikes, my policy has been cancelled because I forgot to pay the policy premium bill. Of course, letting Farm Bureau Membership go unpaid supposedly voids my policies regardless if the premiums are paid. I never understood that concept.
