WHAT YOU CAN DO • Home: Quick access to your most-used tasks and a personalized welcome dashboard. • Leave & absence: Submit annual leave and absence requests, track balances, and follow approval status. • Leave calendar: View approved leave across the organization and subscribe to updates in your phone calendar. • Messages: Start and follow up on HR and manager conversations in a secure internal chat. • Approvals: Review and action pending items when you have manager or approver access. • Documents: Open payslips, HR letters, and shared employee documents; download when you need them. • Forms & appraisals: Complete decision tree forms, self-assessments, and upward feedback when assigned to you. • Governance: Access decision cases when your role includes governance workflows. • Notifications: Stay informed with in-app alerts and push notifications for approvals, messages, and updates. • Account: Manage your profile and sign in securely with Microsoft or your organization credentials.
