I finished the game in a couple of hours and didn’t get the bonus chapter I paid for. An absolute rip-off!

Paid $6.99 For Nothing!!

I just paid $6.99 to continue playing this game and nothing is happening!! I can’t advance to the next level. I tried everything including rebooting my phone. My payment went through and I got the standard “YOU’RE ALL SET” message but this game is NOT working!!!

Can't get into tavern

Cannot pick anymore up, can't get second board for ladder, cannot do anything else. Would have purchased but not wasting money on a game that doesnt work

This might have been a good game, BUT…when you open a window to view the Guide or the collectibles, you have to tap multiple times to close the window. In almost every one of your games, you have touch sensitive issues. Don’t you developers test these games before releasing them??? I’m sure you’ve heard about this before but you never seem to fix the problem. Sooner or later, you’re going to start losing gamers because they are going to get sick of the same problem over and over again that you don’t bother to correct. It seems that if you can develop a game this good, you would be able to fix this issue with no problem.
10/2/24 - Question: I’ve read most of the reviews and noticed some good, some bad. When you say that a problem has been fixed and update to the new version, you never say if the new version is an F2 or if it’s a non F2? I saw an F2 version but I don’t like F2s. Is there a new non version of this game and if so, how do I find it?

Really annoyed

In app purchases advises that I can purchase game at 30% off. Having played trial version it asks if I would like to purchase game at 30% off. Imagine my surprise (not) when the reality is that you are only offered the opportunity to purchase either standard or deluxe version at full cost. I have done this and am really hacked off by the con. £7.99 is a ridiculous amount to pay for a game and I will not be purchasing any more - shame really, since I have previously bought quite a few games from this platform.

Glitched or broken

I bought the game and everything was fine until the tavern. It wont allow me to access any of the active zones to move forward or collect the secret things. This is the only way i could find access to support also.

Love hidden object adventure games! This games is compelling. But I’m finding it difficult to play because every time I touch the screen an ad pops up for 30 seconds. So I haven’t had much opportunity to play and enjoy the game. What’s up with that? Very frustrating!

This game seems to have too many glitches. Early in the game I couldn’t progress to a new screen so I deleted & re-loaded it and it worked. But then once I was well into the game I couldn’t move over the troll bridge to the house beyond. I had done everything the guide said to do.
Just beware if you buy this game, there may be problems.

Don’t waste your time

This game will only allow you to complete 15% of the story before forcing you to pay for access to the rest.
Not only that but the UI (user interface) is particularly clunky when it comes to some of the puzzles and item usage.
My advice is don’t waste your time on this one and if you’re looking for a similar game that isn’t so clunky and WILL allow you to play through the full main story with no payment try New York Mysteries (or any other from the devs of that game tbh)

Good but…

I have good & not so good comments for this game. Visually, it’s very stunning & the stories are charming. I was a little surprised after playing the first 15% to find out it was £5.99 to play the rest. I’m used to 5-BN games, such as Legendary Tales, which are free to play, then you pay £1.79 for the bonus chapter. I prefer that method as £5.99 is quite a lot these days. Also, some of the puzzles were illogical to me and my husband. I actually used my hint to skip a few, because I couldn’t be bothered with them. Not due to difficulty, just lack of logic. I think this is an area that could be improved. I guess the question is, would i play another of their games? Yes, maybe, but not often due to the cost. If money is no object, certainly give them a go & have some fairy fun.

STUCK

Help!! After the 4th hidden objects game, I didn’t actually get the object and now I’m stuck in the game! This is the second time this has happened with this company, luckily this time I haven’t spent my money on it yet. The story sounds interesting but I can’t continue with the story at all.
