About
Scattered tasks, one timeline
Because you are reliable, people naturally come to you. Messages ping from project group chats, verbal requests happen on the fly in the hallway, and emails pile up in your inbox. You try to keep track of everything, but as new requests constantly pour in, your commitments begin to collide. Saying yes to a last-minute meeting means the time you carefully reserved for writing a proposal is suddenly gone. A task you agreed to handle in a chat gets completely buried by new messages the very next day. The cost is real: you are forced to make constant trade-offs between your priorities.
Scattered tasks need a reliable place to land.
Open the app for the first time, and you will find a simple input box. Paste a long work message containing three different tasks and two dates and send it. The text breaks down into concrete items, drawn as dashed proposals in their time slots on your timeline. You see the exact time each one takes, and nothing counts until you tap Add.
After that, the home screen opens on what to get ready in the next seven days: the card to bring to a clinic visit, the train ticket to book before a trip, the notes to gather before a presentation, each reminded on the day it needs doing. Switch to the month view, where colour dots show which days are full and which still have room, so you can check your real schedule before saying yes to new requests.
These changes are supported by practical mechanisms:
* Turn any message into a plan: Use the share button in chats, emails, browsers, or photo galleries to send text, URLs, screenshots, or PDFs to MyTime. It becomes a proposal on your timeline showing whether your schedule can actually fit it.
* Organized with AI assistance (free trial of 14 days or 20 tasks, then a MyTime Plus subscription): only when you send something does the system read the content and your calendar availability to propose a fitting schedule. Without cloud organizing, ordinary dates and times are still read on your phone.
* You have the final say: Every proposal can be edited—change the title, date, start time, or duration. A task is only added to your plan, and to a calendar you connected, when you tap Add. Confirmed tasks are never moved behind the scenes.
* Integrate existing schedules: Connect Apple Calendar and Google Calendar to view all your commitments on one unified timeline. The system immediately warns you of overlaps.
* Important but not urgent tasks: Set up weekly commitments. Choose the frequency and duration. There is no penalty if you miss a session; it simply resets next week.
* Privacy and data control: No upfront login or permissions required. Plans are stored locally on your phone. Login via email code is only needed for syncing or subscriptions. Shared raw files are not stored on our servers, and you can delete your account entirely in the app.
