Terrible app, they don’t listen to feedback on how to improve it either
The worst!
I’d been logged out of the app and had to login again for the app to tell me my username or login was incorrect even though I know it was correct. So I’ve tried to reset my password but receive no email to do this. I’ve tried to email FIN support but my emails keep getting rejected and sent back. There is no contact phone number. How am I suppose to access this app?

Too many bugs, time consuming
Time consuming, screen jumping back to top while trying to select preferences/ workplaces, screen jumping/ scrolling back to top while trying to select shifts, have to open every shift to find preferred shift times, opened shifts bounce back and you have to find where you were again, unable to see already selected/ approved shifts while selecting other shifts, no fortnightly calendar view, too many bugs, non user friendly, bring back Shiftmatch. Crashing, scrolling problems, unable to add or delete our availabilities. Also can’t check where your shifts were after

Terrible
The only reason I am giving this 1 star is because of the ease of the touch on/off system.
When booking shifts, needing to scroll through the whole 492 (todays number)of shifts available, can’t see just nightshift if that’s what is required so are constantly tapping into availability, then it glitches, screen goes blue and have to start again.
Can’t put availability into system, so always having to check the app. Can’t reply to messages on there, can’t delete messages.
This had potential to work well but it’s just not user friendly. Needs a huge overhaul.

Scheduled Shifts Not Showing
My scheduled shifts are not showing on the app at all. Has been like this for some time now. Please update the app to get rid of these little bugs. Kind regards.
Tap in a constant problem
Always have to completely close down my phone and start it again before I can tap on. Then have to wander around in circles and stand on one leg before you can find the only spot it will accept a touch on. Works well for all other activities.
Touch in issue
This week I’ve had issues touching in at work, never had a problem before. Tried resetting phone multiple times and turning the location off and back on. Nothing worked :(
Very limited ability for user to communicate
App has messages but only one way communication from Ramsay, no facility for staff to message or reply.
Staff also not able to reply via app with regard to casual shift allocations. I sometimes have to make multiple phone calls WRT shifts I’m not available for which still show up on my roster.
The touch on/off functionality is excellent thank you.

Poorly designed app
This app is so frustrating to use. You can’t even change a password without having to go through payroll. The whole process of setting up an account is painfully slow.
App needs a lot of work
I was set up about 3 weeks ago, could not touch on even when I was inside the hospital. I logged incident... still waiting for a fix & a reply!

Cannot log onto app that easily have tried and comes in invalid doing slow threw help desk
My Time
Can’t use fingerprint to log in to app. Doesn’t appear you can change password from initial one. Too slow to get in. Will probably continue using box at work until easier to get into app. Would be good to see leave balances as well. Bit of work to do on this.
