Almost useless
For a high end company, who prides itself on service this app is seriously lacking. I can’t tell what the expected complete date is, what my options are for the garment being tailored, what my bill was, or ability to look though what is available and send ideas over to the sales associate. The app has not been updated in a long time. Why can’t it be used on an iPhone? Answer, lazy coding. I want to be able to manage by billing info and CC on this app. I realized that during this review I am very tempted to actually rate it a 1 star. Last time my garment disappeared from my being tailored screen, and did not know why. It turned out it was ready, but took the sales guy 2-3 days to figure that out. Why can’t it tell me it was ready? So much potential, yet falls flat on every step.
