Absolute rubbish, nothing has changed
What is the update? Can’t see any. App is too slow- everytime I want to change the scheduled charge time it says error. Changing the charging limit-still needs to do it in the vehicle. Rubbish

Very poor app keeps losing my data
App doesn’t recognise car
Whenever I insert the VIN number I am told the app doesn’t support the car. It is a 2025 BZ4X. How new does a car have to be to be supported?
Too unreliable
In principle it’s a great system but way too often it struggles or fails to connect with my car

Can’t log in
Can’t use app. It’s logged me out. Can’t log back in tried everything. Tried re registration but says I’m already registered. Can’t contact anyone as it just goes to car related stuff. Removed app re added app turned phone off and on
No joint accounts.
Very annoying how you can’t share a car between two people - you have to have a shared single account and it keeps logging you out.
No warning given
No warning to say the car was unlocked and normally it shouts even if the windows are a little open on a hot day but whole car is open and no a single warning

I bought a brand new Toyota proace city electric van and it cannot connect to the app. Apparently my van is not compatible!?!? What??? why not?
BZ4 The Best
Driving since over 1 year and till now driven around 36k miles on it and more I drive more I am loving it, it is very user friendly car no complicated gadgets everything thing in dashboard is to the point and super easy to operate.
HV Battery is reasonably powerful, in this heat I use full time aircon and still got 280 miles in full charge which is fantastic for city and medium long journeys.
Let’s not forget the reliability of the Toyota brand which is the main reason I own that car.

I don’t find this app very helpful, other than telling me if I have left the car unlocked it doesn’t seem to do much else.

Even with Face ID switched on i still have to enter username and password! What is the point of having Face ID switched on?
Please go back so that Face ID works and only have to enter username/password when phone has been restarted or app updated.

This is App is not in my opinion up to the standard of the Toyota brand.
It is at times unreliable. Quite frustrating. Hoping for a decent upgrade soon.

amazing app use it since i got my mobility car i love it littel Toyota Yaris but one feature I went on the app is where you can delete trips if you don’t want to see them on the app please add it in please but 10 out 10 app
