Waste of time

I purchased this app to help me plan a trip across the country, after three days of trying to set up my first leg of the journey i gave up. This is an awfully unfriendly app and i found it ridiculous to try to use.
Horrid waste of my time.

Step backward

Two years ago I wrote that an update then was horrible: it was eventually fixed. There was an update today, snd it’s a repeat of two years ago. The app crashes on start up. Back into the trash it goes.

The one thing you can depend on, is not getting support from the programmers

Updated App

I updated the App, now all my maps I created are gone. I can’t even create a map now. What gives?

No Customer Service

I use this app every day. I plot dozens of points which are my leads in order to make my sales appointments. There have been several glitches that I have emailed to the contact information given in the app and yet I get no response. Yeah, I'm frustrated too!!

A Waste of Money

Don't bother. I have repeatedly tried to plot a trip that has 4 stops in one day. The app can't find the addresses no matter what I do. Very frustrating!

Doesn't work!

The app has nice features for finding restaurants, attractions, hotels and addresses. Unfortunately the app can't link the way points into a route.
Disappointing.
5/26/16
Tried to use with ios9.3.2. I say tried because now the app keeps crashing. So I don't know if the previous problems were fixed.
Still disappointing.

Good but

This is the best route planning app I've found but the two stars are due to it being very tedious. It should be so difficult to import a file either. Just let it open from where I got it (email). Creating a new trip just to import one. Hmmm

Routing stopped working

This app started out looking good. When the routing functionality stopped is is essentially worthless.

So far, no good.

I had read that this app would allow me to maximize my efficiency when making several sales calls. I have sent them an e-mail asking that they contact me ASAP.

Doesn't do what I thought it would

The app seems promising but it doesn't create your route for you. It just puts your points on a map and becomes another app you make a list with.

Great New version

There are a few bugs to work out, but generally this new version of the app is great! I want to mention how great the support people were in responding to a few questions of mine. They responded promptly and gave good information. The support people should be given a raise :-)

Pathetic

I've got a simple task: add a single waypoint to a route I know well to share with my wife. This app makes you go through all kinds of convoluted steps to create a new journey, add info, select colors, share info, and then finally start planning. I spent 15 minutes to create the route (you know, the one that Apple Maps creates in, oh, 5 seconds?), only to have it route me on back roads (not the Interstate that I tapped on as a waypoint) with zigs and zags onto side streets that are totally unnecessary, and then not even get me to my destination.
Deleted and hidden from my purchase history.
