Fast exchange delivery
I placed order for vegetables and flour. By mistake I got wheat flour instead of multigrain flour. I called Mytro team and they exchange wrong product within 1 hour. Thank you team Mytro for quick and good services.
Third class quality
Very third class quality and also service. I got order of vegetables. Some of them looking poor quality. I complained to customer care number, they answered me that we are not in fault. I really disappointed and I am removing this app.

I have recently downloaded the app and placed couple of orders. Though the prices are high compared to Sec 21 market but to have home delivery we have to pay little more and that’s ok. I have some suggestions as below if you can...
Try the minimum order 100 rs for free delivery
For delivery address please add an option of Name and
phone number
so if I want to get it delivered to my parents or some relatives home it would be easy for your delivery boy to call if he face any difficulties to find the address etc.
You can try to make the loyalty coin offer more better at least we can utilise more coins while order.
