Faulty parts and service provided
I had repaired my two wheeler wherein mytvs franchisee person told me that clutch pad needs to be changed . I had told him to replace the sane and in nit mire than 15 days the same problem is happening and this time due to faulty clutch pad the engine is heating up
Bad customer service
I was delivered a faulty product and there is no option to return the product online. The call centre does not take complaint and you send a email and these guys ask 10 questions and this & that images. They will not even look at their own systems and would want to waste your time abd effort to send emails to and fro. Not sure about the product but totally bad service and stupid systems
