Its easy to naviagate and all resources are accessable in one place. However kinda of bland looking and alot of sign ins required. Over all, usable!
Last year it was a mess and errors everywhere, now it’s so much more accessible

Garbage app just like the university
App keeps crashing nothing works properly, lecturers will also update the time table last minute without notice. Online services are always down and time table sometimes doesn’t even show.

The most useless app I’ve ever downloaded. So many issues: it keeps logging you out from emails, Email doesn’t even load and crashes,
Timetable doesn’t work. Have to keep checking my emails through safari instead. I wonder where all the money we pay for this university actually goes to if they can’t even fix the basics eg. This app.

Hardly ever works...
This app hardly ever works! My whole first year I couldn’t even open the app without it crashing, despite going to IT support multiple times. Now, I can’t even access my emails.. resulting in missing out on lecture time changes and tutorials with my tutors. I do admit that the app is so useful when it works on the odd occasion! However, the amount of times the app crashes on me has lead me to give up on it.

What’s gone wrong?
This was working fine, really handy, however over Christmas not so much. Won’t sign into email, just keeps looping through the first screen ‘opening your mailbox’ over and over, and can’t sign up to workshops on orb. Moodle seems fine, and the library page. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, sometimes it then let’s me see email for a tantalising three or four seconds before deciding it needs to open my mailbox and starts to loop again. I’d have sent this to app support but the link on here just takes you to the uni home page, not sure where to go to reach developers after that. Please do try and fix this, I was using all the time before. Thanks. (Sorry for the one star rating, it really was up at 5 before)

Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work things don’t load and it’s really slow so what’s the point? You need a new software engineer.

Really helpful, I’ve got everything I need at my fingertips now.
Update helps
New update makes it much easier to find and organize things. Especially since you can move around the tiles. Seems much more stable and hasn’t crashed yet. I like the news feed too.
