Installed won’t open says try back later. Next day deleted and reinstalled. Same error message
Needs ability to customize layout
Crazy to have my screen filled with irrelevant icons to press; spend each time scrolling down to find the only one I use. Can’t even rearrange them to prevent the need to scroll

App is so poorly built you can pretty much be sure anything uploaded on here will be public. Don’t need a comp sci degree to crack this app.
Doesn’t support ID card in Apple wallet
Would like to have support for digital ID card in Apple wallet. I know Apple supports this since iOS 12 and American universities support this feature so why can’t U of A. Hate having to download some sketchy 3rd party app to get access to my ID card.

Great App (for Augustana Students)
I am unsure of the main campus’s app and how much it is used, but I find that it is useful for Augustana students as we have a smaller campus. It is a great way for selling and buying stuff and finding events on campus.

Complete rehaul since the reviews I read on here! It’s now a great way to communicate with other people on campus, learn about all the resources available, find club events, discover more about your campus, and figure out general university life all in one app! Also, finally a place to sell textbooks that isn’t an invite only group on facebook. This app really filled in the gap left behind when Chitter/Chillabit got shut down, and in a mature and well-moderated way. Now it’s just rebuilding the community which is all on the users, not on the university. Very grateful for the re-vamp.

It is basically a small browser that open allow you to get on UAlberta stuff, you can do everything this app can do and better with safari.
Finding Faculties and departments
The search function only allows one to find people. Why is it so restricted? Very frustrating trying to find a particular department or Faculty!
No interior maps?
I’m not gonna lie, the interior maps was the only reason I used this app. Now they updated it and I can’t seem to find them. The app still has plenty of good features like eClass and OneCard accessibility.
Needs email & beartracks
Love the look of the app but of the three things I most often use, two are missing. I use email (missing), Beartracks (missing), & e-class (got it!). Would also like to see feature to remember me on sign in to e-class.
Transit times?
I am disappointed that you removed the transit feature. This was also the only useful feature on your app and the only way I found bus times around the city.

Could be improved
The app isn't really that great coming from a university like U of A.
The app gives you the option to check your class schedule, but you can't since you can't select the given options (so it's pretty useless).
eClass sometimes works. There were times when I could view PDFs and PowerPoint slides, and there were times when I could not.

Horrible app
I'm ashamed that I go to a school with such an app
App keeps crashing
The app keeps crashing, I can't even open it. It's useless.
Nothing useful
This app has everything! Everything but what students actually need. I want my time table, my classes, my eclass available in an app. This is just a waste of money
