Blank page
What happen to this app? Unable to login since June, it only showed a white blank page. Pls fix it asap.

Can't open the app
I install and uninstall few time, still can't open the app, only will show blank page
App is Unresponsive to IOS
I tried using the app for the first time but the loading screen took 1-3 minutes to load and it showed blank page (just like other reviewers that had commented). Please fix this issue to ease the process & not just another “achievement unlocked” only for the participating parties.
Terrible loading time
This app really not performing smooth in os system, the app loading time is terrible long then blank screen and nothing come out. Relaunch also not working. Please fix it
Useless app after recent update
History gone, prescription gone. It just display my personal information.

App lagging
App is lagging and sluggish. Why keep sending 2 Notifications for the same message for same date and time?
UI issue and technically issue
Unable to login even the PsWD correct and no button to reset too.

Cant even open the apps
Kindly fix this issue . Ive tried uninstalling a few times too but the apps wont open . Keeps open to a blank page .
System not efficient
I already register but when i log in an error keep pop up telling its a wrong password. When i click forgot password the pop up still appear. Such a bad apps
Collection on behalf
I wanted to collect medicine for my 2kids using the farmasi pandu lalu, provided their prescriptions, but got rejected due to my profile name doesn’t match the prescription’s name. Please take note I have already mentioned in the descriptions that I am collecting for my kids. Any way to improve on this ? Thanks.

The apps made postage of medication easy but lately its not stable. Keep on logging out and difficult to login?
Application freeze
Lately the apps always freeze when launching, I believe it having issues to pair with latest IOS software updates…

The apps suddenly cannot remember my password and claimed i enter the wrong password.
First time used this app, it is indeed a great apps. In leas than a month, all of sudden unable to remember my account log in and password and claimed I enter wrong password and log in, and have the audacity to change my password! This is unacceptable!
