The app has been down for over a week during final exams, and we can’t access our grades.
A university app should be reliable, especially during critical periods like this. Please fix it immediately!

This was tied to an older version of the app back in 2024 — we've made significant reliability improvements since then and the app is now much more stable on the latest version. Its not working
The application not working for 4 day ?!!
App not working
In the beginning app was working smoothly and i was able to access all features, since yesterday the app not working for unknown reason, just loading.
Useless
The app is not working even if it did it will useless there’s no point in creating or using this app
