Doesn’t work with the mandatory duo app for all employees. I guess that means that no employees can use the app with an iPhone

Did y’all even product test this app before you published it? It is super, super buggy. It is also not very well optimized for mobile devices. For example, why do the widgets appear side by side like they do on the desktop? When do you ever scroll horizontally on an iPhone? Wouldn’t it make more sense for the widgets to be stacked on top of each other for the mobile version? I understand you probably wanted to push this out before fall semester started but this feels very half-baked. Definitely needs work.

Is this even made for mobile devices?
The screenshots for the appearance of the dashboard don’t look like that at all. It makes you scroll horizontally to see everything, which is awkward. It’s not any better from logging in through url on the desktop website.
UPDATE 8/20/2021: All my name/contact info is wrong. USU IT dept. hasn’t been able to correct it and I’ve been trying since 8/16 (initial launch). IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.

Not so bad
I’m not sure if the app has been updated since the other review was written, but I think it works great! It’s set up just how the new website is for mobile. It’s different than the old website for sure, but will just take some getting used to.
