Great dry suit technology
I have only used the suit one time and I already love it. Had a little trouble at first because I wasn’t feeling any stimulation after setting it up. Turns out I just needed to delete and reinstall the app. This is my second EMS suit. I used the first suit to recover from a shoulder procedure. The first suit was the wet technology, which was messy and so uncomfortable, especially in the winter time. This dry tech is a game changer

I absolutely love my Visionbody EMS suit.

Doesn’t work
I got my suit with a defective control box. The suit fits perfect, but the box doesn't function. I charged it as advised and managed to connect it to the app, attached it to my suit and turned on in the app. I accepted the terms and started the training. Then I raised the intensity to 11 percent on the whole body and felt absolutely nothing. It wouldn't allow me to raise it more. I clicked "finished the training", detached the box from the suit and attached it again. I opened the app and it closed by itself, and I couldn't reopen it. I deleted reinstalled the app (successfully), logged in and couldn't connect the device because it wouldn't switch on! When I connect it to the charger the light doesn't shine (as it used to shine before when I charged it for the first time).
I want to return the suit and get refunded ASAP!
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 3 MONTHS FOR A DEFECTIVE DEVICE! How's that even possible? I'm deeply upset with my purchase, with your company, the service and the technology witch is marketed as best on earth. Shame on you. Tell me how to return it and give me my money back.

Grottenschlechte App, sollte eigentlich den kompletten Anzugskauf rückgängig machen
Die App ist Grottenschlecht, bietet einfach nur minimal das was grad so nötig ist um den Anzug zu nutzen, Einrichtung nur mit Hindernissen weil nach der ersten Abfrage wird die Tastatur einfach weggeklappt, und ist nur mit tricksen wieder zu holen. App ist, da wo man ein bisserl was übersetzt hat, einfach nur schlecht übersetzt. Aber an vielen Stellen ist sie eh nur englisch. Und es gibt nirgends eine Hilfe oder Erläuterung in der App. Wenn man Einführunsvideo anschaut, klar kommt in Englisch. Der Support wenn man anruft ist überfordert und kann auch nicht helfen. Also ich überlege gerade echt, den ganzen Bettel wieder zurückzusenden. Und ich habe es getan, alles zurückgesendet rückabgewickelt und Geld zurück. Habe nun Anzüge der Fa. Beurer/Antelope, die sind günstiger und die App ist exakt so, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe.

Poor off the bat
App has limited functionality. Electronic box does not stay Bluetooth connected to the iPhone, videos within the app only load intermittently.
Nothing short of amazing
Visionbody EMS/EMA training is a staple of what I use in my exercise medicine clinic. The results were so resounding when I did reassessments on VO2 max, body composition, flexibility, balance, and muscle strength and endurance and metrics of heart function, I had to double check because I was so blown away by the results! I couldn’t be happier with my Visionbody system. While the first few sessions left me impressively sore, the results have been remarkable. The weekly 120-minute safety limit ensures balanced training, though I’ve never come close to reaching it—my routine of three 20-minute workouts per week is more than enough.

Ständiger Absturz
Ich kann die App nicht benutzen, diese ständig abstürzt Das Problem habe ich sowohl auf dem IPhone und meinem IPad Ich habe jetzt mehrfach die APP gelöscht neu installiert und gestartet. Nach der Anmeldung stürzt die APP ab. Woran kann das liegen?
Waste of time and money
We finally received these suits after over two months of delays and are still, after two weeks of attempting to use the suits, unable to get them to work. Frustrating. Want our money back.

The best EMS suit I've ever worn
I've tried it all - the weimspro, xbody, etc none of it worked or either was taking too long and sometimes worse, the suit smelled. VISIONBODY, however is different. It is truly the best suit I've ever purchased and I could not believe how light and durable it was (which is why I bought in the first place) but then how user friendly the app was is another level. Im able to have my personal clients buy their own systems to use when on vacation and it's easy to learn and navigate. THANK U visionbody, best suit and app ever .

Tolles Produkt, App ausbaufähig
Habe den ganz neuen Anzug, die App erkennt die zusätzlichen Kontakte aber nicht. Auch dass ich mich jedes Mal neu einloggen muss ist nervig. Wenn es funktioniert ist der Anzug mega zum trainieren.
Not what I was sold
I purchased this suit for over $2000 and no one mentioned anywhere that there was 120 minute time limit PER WEEK on the suit itself. Since I may work out my arms in one session and then my legs in another session this means I can through the 120 minutes fairly rapidly.
I recently lost 70 pounds and I’m starting to use the suit more. My issue is that no one told me there was a limit when I purchased it and I did speak on the phone with someone in Florida for a pretty lengthy amount of time. It’s hidden on the website under one of the questions.
I also saw on one of the questions that I could add a person to my suit. I don’t know how this would work if we have to share 120 minutes.

The app is sub-standard
This app does not regularly send emails, does not recognize the box, and goes blank. I have had to reload the app 3 time. I just hope the suit is better than the app.
The new era to work out
As time passes, we get more and more busy, therefore Visionbody is the new era to workout because it is easy, saves a enormous time with the same results as if we train for around 3 hours, and it is very addictive ( as you see results, you do not want to stop). They have an amazing and approachable customer service, I'm am just a customer that purchased the suit 3 months ago and I feel like I am part of the company. I cannot wait for the pants to be available.
