It’s on purpose
I think the app is awful on purpose. Like any other landlord, they want you to set up direct deposit. Just use the website to pay your rent boys.
App has potential but it doesn’t even function
The app takes 3 mins to load between screens.
I can’t check my billing it crashes and app closes.
I can’t access my payment history, it says n/a for everything and I’ve been using it for years.
When trying to sign in for last 3 days (today is the 2nd of the month) is said my account didn’t exist.
When I made a payment is said it didn’t go through and to check my billing (which crashes the app) so I tried again and it charged me twice according to my landlord when I called.
The landlord says they don’t have access to the app so they don’t know anything about the customer experience.
It seems vista property just sell their product and don’t care about the tenant experience.

Says No Account
It says I have no account even though I do and have paid rent through the app for months….

Face ID runs, doesn’t sign in. It’s laggy as hell as you’re waiting to login. Payment screen gives an error and goes through anyway. This is the worst app I’ve ever seen.

Watch out for double charge!!
App is extremely slow and very frustrating. One of the most major problems is when you make a payment an error code pops up, but if you try again you will get double charged and have to wait weeks for a refund via cheque.
Poor app
This app constantly crashes and limits access to features. As soon as you click on certain features the whole app crashes. Ongoing issue and is a poor reflection on any business that uses it.
Slow app
This is a very slow loading app. From Signin to using the application, it takes several seconds of loading before anything appears in screen, with no indication that it’s loading data. Website version is much better.
this app is super slow
This app is extremely slow, especially whenever I try to make payments. Strangely, even when my payment goes through successfully, I often receive an error message. I do get confirmation emails that my payment was processed, but the inconsistency is frustrating. Overall, the app feels like it’s running on software from the 1980s it’s outdated, clunky, and needs a major performance overhaul.

EXTREMELY SLOW.
App is very slow. I have an iPhone 15.. and this app is acting like it’s running on a 1956 Nokia. Your building management website is faster than this. This app needs major renovations. If you want to close out of a page and press x, it takes a good minute to close. And goes back to the home page instead of back to the original page I was on.. so then I gotta find that page again and wait a minute for it to open it.. it’s just annoying. You’d think with the millions of dollars this company makes monthly, they’d be able to renovate their app to be modern and not from 1812. Anyways, your building management website is faster. App is useless.

Worst Application Ever
It doesn’t work consistently, it will just have the wheel spin and then nothing. If I could give it zero I would. The persons who force tenants to use this should really think twice … and then think again.
Can’t see messages
Terrible bugs that are not fixed. Messages do not work on the app only on Safari/browser.
Can’t see my massages
This app will not let me see my massages but will let me see everything else but not open my massages so can’t see nothing

App keep saying wrong credentials. Meanwhile i can use same credentials on website
App has major issues.
The app won’t load messages, set up insurance etc. There is no way to contact anyone to fix issues or even address them. App needs and update and definitely needs a help line. At the very least it requires some maintenance and and an update.
