Won’t fix the app
I have this app for my work health insurance. You cannot search for submitted claims, you cannot download your benefits booklet and you cannot upload a pic file - pdf only. This feedback has been given and zero results. The insurance is good, the claim process and app are not.
Don’t give these people your credit card
They charge me a month early. This is very scary and frustrating at the same time. I’m new to this service.
Useful app
This app has all the information required for your health plan with VUMI, claim forms, plan details, digital ID card copy ...etc.
the app is a little slow and it starts in Spanish language, you can easily change the language to Inglés (English). But if you don’t speak any Spanish like me... it can be confusing.
The user interface can be easier to use with little updates, like using fingerprint ID to log in, or the option to remember your policy number and or password.
In short, it does the job with room for improvement.

Can’t get it to open correctly
This app opened in a language that is not understood by me. I removed and readied it but the same issue is there. I tried to contact the developer and the server couldn’t connect. What’s going on with this thing?
