Convenient, when it works.
So many times it just stops connecting to my vehicle and doesn’t update my vehicle location or allow me to do any functions. It often goes out for days. Apparently they’re going to charge customers to use the app in the future. Imagine paying a lot of money for a vehicle and then having to pay for the app? How ridiculous.

Remote Start
It is unacceptable for the remote start application not functioning for 18 days every single month. I never would have bought this vehicle if I knew the app would go down for 18 days every single month. It gets cold here and every day you’re hoping the remote start would work. It usually doesn’t. VW has to fix this now or install an aftermarket system at no cost. Very disappointed.

Hardly Works
This app hardly ever works! I am literally looking at my car through the window and it won’t start! Not happy at all!

way better apps and services out there that are lifetime, unlimited, have apple shortcuts, and an easy ui. You have to press doors then unlock then it takes 10 seconds. Not impressed with this.

This is one of the worst apps i have ever used. Since December of last year the app has not worked longer than 5 days for me and than doesnt work for 2 weeks. Once my subscription is done this upcoming fall i will not be renewing my subscription unless somebody actually helps me solve the problem and not tell me its my cell phone provider as I have had the same provider the whole time I have owned the car, and the app worked perfectly fjne for 2 years

Bad app discourages VW ownership
Constantly fails tasks, response time is very slow. Doenst support FaceID so you have to go find your password because it also Doesnt support passkey. And then it Needs a pin to start??? Just ridiculous, Face ID > Password > Pin is ridiculous for something that should be one touch.
The BMW app is so much easier to use because it supports widgets; slide to widget screen, tap start or unlock, so easy!

Terrible
This app never has the currant location correct. It will show where the car was 1 hour ago - 2 hours ago. Very inaccurate and frustrating. Also it continually makes me sign in with email and password even after I have my Face ID set up. It’s been like this for months. I don’t recommend unless they get these figured out.

This vw app is terrible. Having to log in every time is so annoying. Also the app hardly ever works so I don’t even bother with it.

If the car was good as the app I will be the most happy guy, since I get it, I went and I still going to the dealership to replace something. Screen, turbo valve, belt, windshield popped every time without any issue…

App review
Getting better but still has a long way to go in order to catch up to where Tesla’s App is today. Delay time and inability to get up to date real time charging info on the App is disappointing. Again, many other features including real time tracking of moving vehicle location falls short of where Tesla has taken their App years ago. I do hope you continue to improve, including camping setting in the near future. Love the vehicle but I hope improvements in some App features, cabin comfort settings and most importantly the availability of spare parts to support these vehicles in Canada must start improving. I’ve now had 2 issues since purchase and I need to first bring vehicle in for assessment/diagnostic, then wait months for parts to arrive, then schedule a 2nd visit to have the repair carried out. Not an efficient use of both our times. Again, very happy with the BUZZ but please help improve on the issues noted. Thanks. Rob Meath
