Why is this always in French? How can I change it to English? My device language is already in English but app still in French

The ID Buzz Monitor app offered way more information and features, which means they are available, VW is just choosing not to expose them to us. This app is basic and an embarrassment to VW engineers. Love the Buzz but this app and related functions are an absolute joke.

Minimal functionality given what has been available for 10 years.
Awful.
Quite simply does not work and hasn’t worked for months and months.
Worng colour displayed
For a Couple weeks my car in the app gets displayed in wrong color. Not a big deal but supposed to be in monument blue but it’s indetified now as a black Gli :) not sure why.
Navigation
Map is working very slow I can’t tracking my car I mean the GPS is not showing up well most of the time is wrong

Useless App
Not only is it always logging me out, but also forgetting my username. 😡
Poor Roger’s coverage in NL
We cannot use the VW app for controlling our SUV remotely due to poor Rogers coverage in our area and NL in general. VW Canada don’t allow the vehicle to connect through Bell network, which is what my Toyota pickup uses, and it works great in all NL. Recommendation for VW Canada, allow the customer to pick their preferred cellular provider, due to lack of network coverage outside urban areas.

👎 Whomever developed this app, has no interest in either UX or efficiency. Completely useless.
Works decent
Sometimes app freezes and locks up with no access to functionality options. No matter how many times you close and reopen the app it won’t work for hrs or days. Other than that it’s good
Remote access
Love that I can lock my doors remotely and turn on the AC. Really wish I could adjust charging limit remotely too, eg. from 80% to 100%.

Doesn’t work, car connected but none or the features are work

Brutal app
Almost every time I go to use this app I have to re-sign in. Then sometimes not all of the options of the app (door locks for example) will come up and I have to restart. Not great when you’re running from one meeting to another and want to lock your doors and be walking into work at the same time
